Inspired by Aesop fables, I wanted to create a story with a message—giving back to nature is simple.
Mips is an innocent character that takes us through the journey of our current society’s overconsumption behavior. If not careful, we’ll be left with nothing. The name Mips was inspired by the Wuppertal Institute's MIPS – Material Input per Service unit – which is a model to measure the invisible burden beyond the direct product use.
